Posting a job is quick and easy! Simply head over to the Post A Job page, which can be located in the navigation bar of Waivly Work as well as other places such as the footer of the platform. Once you're there, tap free or paid job, fill out the job details, submit the job, and you're set.

What's the difference from a free to paid job listing?

A lot! Paid job listings get numerous powerful benefits that put them in front of the right candidates, quickly. Benefits include an under 24 hour live time, a complete company page, a featured listing placement on the homepage, a longer active time, and maximum reach.

How much are paid jobs and are there bulk discounts?

To see how much paid jobs are, simply head to the Post A Job page. Paid jobs are activated by paying directly or through job credits which can be used at anytime, meaning you can buy multiple and activate them as you require them. We offer fantastic savings on bulk credits.

How long does it take to get my job listing approved?

Not long at all! Free job listings are approved and made live in 2 days from the time of submission. Paid job listings are always approved and made live within 24 hours from the time of submission - Usually they are actually approved and made live within only 12 hours.

Why do you do an approval process for new jobs?

We hold our platform to a high standard and a team member reviews every job listing before it goes live to ensure it’s authentic and accurate. This enforces a premium, safe environment for both jobseekers exploring jobs and companies with having their jobs on a trusted platform.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

We sure do! If you are a registered non-profit, kindly reach out to us at NonProfits@Waivly.com with the subject line "Non-profit job discount" and official documentation proving your non-profit status and we will provide a 50% discount code for you to use on all job listings.
