For our Customer Success Team, we are now looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager (m/f/d). We work remote-first across Europe, so you can work from wherever you feel most comfortable. Ideally, you should be based in Germany or Portugal.

Your Responsibilities:

• You are part of a passionate Customer Success Management Team that ensures the retention and expansion of our customer portfolio.
• You are the central contact person for medium-sized to large companies located across Europe and operating in a wide range of industries.
• You familiarize our customers with our software.
• You ensure that our customers understand the value of our software and help them to use SHERPANY optimally.
• You provide our customers with consulting services, keep yourself informed about their needs, and further develop customer relationships (up-selling).
• You document the customer journey in the internal CRM system and support the team in continuously improving our product.
• To do this, you are in regular contact with colleagues from Product, Sales, and Marketing.

• You bring comprehensive experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
• You are an excellent communicator and quickly build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You enjoy working hands-on and independently.
• You impress with your organizational talent and always have an overview of your projects.
