About The Role
The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner will be dedicated to hiring key executive-level positions. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while working closely with senior leadership to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source and engage executive candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches
- Leverage existing network and build pipelines of candidates for specific skill sets/job categories
- Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop a recruitment strategy and talent pipeline for each position
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process in Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Act as a brand ambassador for Invisible and provide an exceptional candidate experience
- Utilize recruiting metrics to measure how effective and efficient the process is and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, blend of of agency and in-house
- Prior experience supporting recruiting efforts in software, technology, high-growth startups, or venture capital firms
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline, identifying exceptional talent and how to close them
- Expert in executive role fill strategies, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools across a range of stacks
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct, proven ability to meet deadlines and exceed goals

Compensation:
- Base: $100,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $120,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
