Role Description:

We're currently looking for a People Advisor role. This role at ClickOut Media involves working with a set of managers in central functions and sales and working with those managers to deliver excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for HR support to manager group across the full employee lifecycle
  • Being a trusted partner for managers to tackle a range of worker issues
  • Advising on setting goals, organizational design and managing team performance to align teams with business objectives
  • Ensuring managers remain aligned with process / compliance
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment activities for client group
  • Supporting managers with recruitment and onboarding advice
  • Managing probation reviews with managers
  • Employee relations for client group
  • Liaison with payroll to ensure payments are correct
  • Managing reward for client group (benchmarking, bonuses, pay changes)
  • Local audits
  • Some support to operational HR activity when required
  • Supporting a range of projects across the HR team

Requirements

We're a fully remote, global enterprise so our workers have a range of geographies and most are contractors so no specific countries labour law experience is required although multinational experience is highly preferable. This role requires prior experience in a HR role facing off to managers in a junior HRBP or Advisor role.
