Requirements
- Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud analyst;
- Experience with Data Cloud;
- Proficiency in data utilization and advanced segmentation using Salesforce Data Cloud
- Support in the development of strategies for multichannel customer relationship journeys;
- Apply good CRM, email marketing, push notification, WhatsApp and SMS practices;
- Customer lifecycle development (acquisition and onboarding/usage/loyalty/churn);
- Development of Retention (churn prevention) and Profitability strategies;
- Definition and analysis of metrics aimed at developments and improvements in the marketing and sales process;
- Control and monitoring of mailings and sales campaigns, and support of operational customer relationship processes;
- Development and monitoring of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud through the development of dashboards;
- Definition and development of communication rules;
- Support in building the customer lifecycle vision
Differential:
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
- Previous experience in the pension, insurance and financial institutions segment;
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification;
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification;
- Experience in Scrum/Agile projects;
- Familiarity with the Atlassian and Google suite.
