• Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud analyst;
• Experience with Data Cloud;
• Proficiency in data utilization and advanced segmentation using Salesforce Data Cloud
• Support in the development of strategies for multichannel customer relationship journeys;
• Apply good CRM, email marketing, push notification, WhatsApp and SMS practices;
• Customer lifecycle development (acquisition and onboarding/usage/loyalty/churn);
• Development of Retention (churn prevention) and Profitability strategies;
• Definition and analysis of metrics aimed at developments and improvements in the marketing and sales process;
• Control and monitoring of mailings and sales campaigns, and support of operational customer relationship processes;
• Development and monitoring of customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud through the development of dashboards;
• Definition and development of communication rules;
• Support in building the customer lifecycle vision

Differential:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
• Previous experience in the pension, insurance and financial institutions segment;
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification;
• Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification;
• Experience in Scrum/Agile projects;
• Familiarity with the Atlassian and Google suite.
