This new feature empowers you, our valued users, to share your insights and experiences about your workplaces directly on Waivly Work, allowing people to get real, genuine insights about working at a company prior to potentially moving forward with joining it or to hear from fellow colleagues to see thoughts in the workplace. Just head to the "Review a Company" page on Waivly Work (You must be logged in to see the pages contents), and fill out the review form with details about your position, your experience at the company, and any other information you think is important to share. Once you submit your review, our dedicated team at Waivly Work will carefully review it to ensure accuracy and authenticity.

Company Reviews on Waivly Work provide immense value to jobseekers, employees, and recruiters. For jobseekers, these reviews offer firsthand accounts of what it's like to work at a particular company, helping them make more informed decisions about their career paths. We take the integrity of our platform seriously. That's why we have strict guidelines in place to ensure that all reviews are accurate, fair, and relevant. Reviews are always reviewed by the Waivly Work team prior to being published and are typically verified and made live within 24-48 hours of submission on business days. Additionally, to maintain fairness for companies, we only accept reviews for workplaces where individuals have worked within the past five years. This is to ensure that reviews reflect somewhat recent workplace standards.

Expanding Our Reach

Even if a company is not yet featured on Waivly Work, you can still submit a review for it. In such cases, we'll create a dedicated page for the company with your review featured prominently. This way, your insights can reach a wider audience, and others can benefit from your experiences.
