Bilingual Sales & Appt Setter
Job Description
The Sales & Appointment Setter is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. The primary goal is to increase the company’s sales pipeline and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s products or services.
- Having effective skills to bring in a vast amount of sales
- Knowing most of the details about the items/products
- Handling customers’ needs in an efficient manner
- Promoting new products/services
- Being effective at handling customer’s queries or complaints
- Working well with team members and other departments
Requirements
- Experience in the field of sales and appointment-setting
- Having knowledge about GHL for lead generation (Preferred)
- Cold calling experience.
- Being able to compromise and work flexible shifts
- Displaying professionalism
- Being target-driven and highly motivated
- High school diploma / BA degree
