Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at ServeTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering lasting client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating sales enthusiasm and adept relationship management skills.
- Preparation and delivery of compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and negotiating terms effectively.
- Crafting persuasive business proposals aimed at increasing revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most favorable pricing arrangements.
- Cultivating positive relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, pitches, and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to remain competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
- Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi.
- Availability: Morning & Night.
