This Business Development Manager role will be specialised on dealing with the opportunities which require full-cycle development and leading the customer all the way from shaping the game idea to an executable RFP.
Responsibilities
- Unlock the full-cycle development opportunities through networking, personal and company’s lead generation channels
- Define the customer’s goals and pain points
- Complete ownership of all stages of the sales process (from lead qualification to negotiation and closing)
- Work collaboratively with the presales department and make contribution to creative brainstorms on approach to the opportunities
- Sales funnel management (making sure the target sales plans are met/exceeded)
- Presenting the company’s solutions, approaches to implementation and game concept vision on the conference calls with C-level executives from the customer’s and iLogos side
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in the game industry
- 2+ years of either direct involvement in the international business development or in close cooperation with business development teams
- Knowledge of the product side of games, including the key types of genres, mechanics, styles would be a strong plus
- Excellent fluent English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Ability to think independently, make firm decisions, and get the message across to customers and presales team
- Time management skills, high level of responsibility, self-organised
- A genuine interest in playing games - being a gamer is an advantage! :)
Will be a plus:
- Large network of contacts in the game industry
- Experience in contracts negotiation
