Why does this role exist?
Our client is looking for support in cold calling and outreach, appointment setting, and sales pitches to small to medium-sized business owners. The aim is to provide assistance with Google Business Profile management, SEO strategies, and website creation and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to cold leads to engage them in discussions regarding online presence management
- Schedule appointments and ensure attendance for consultations
- Complete a minimum of 250 dials per day or achieve 50 connected calls, whichever comes first
- Be able to attain at least 3 (three) quality attended demo calls per week.
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
- Send follow-up emails or communication to prospects
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year cold calling experience in either B2B or B2C settings
- Interest or prior experience in selling marketing solutions
- Quota/target-driven sales background

Compensation
Your journey with us consists of three key milestones:
- A 10-day training period, 8 hours per day, with daily and weekly performance incentives (The hourly rate is not applicable during this period.).
- Upon passing the training, all training hours will be paid at $6 per hour, issued after 2 weeks.
- Full-time freelance engagement post-training, with an hourly rate of $6 plus performance-based incentives.
