Job Description
We are looking for a talented executive assistant who will support our team with admin, scheduling, client liaison, project coordination, marketing, social media, team communication, and bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Administrative and clerical support
- Data entry, mining, and management
- Client liaison and customer support
- Schedule and appointment management
- Content development for social media (ChatGPT)
- Graphic design for social media (Canva)
- Light bookkeeping & contractor payments
- Assistance with marketing, sales, and HR
- Coordinating projects and initiatives
- Editing photos, videos, and podcasts
- Preparing various business documents
- Email management and screening

Compensation
You will be working from home permanently and start with 30 hours/week, increasing to 40 hours/week over the next few months. This role is $5/hour x 30 hours/week = $150/week.
