About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Client Success Specialist (part-time) who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Customer Support team, which is in charge of end-to-end supporting 2B/2C clients. Interested? Keep on reading!

• Proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
• Providing timely and accurate information about our platform, services, and market trends.
• Troubleshooting and resolving clients' problems, ensuring a positive resolution and a high level of satisfaction.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Developing and delivering educational materials to help clients understand our platform features and best practices.
• Gathering and analysing client feedback to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.

• Proven experience in a client success or customer support role, preferably in the crypto or financial industry.
• Experience with handling tech-related requests (for example, previous experience with API trading, checking backlogs, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent or bilingual proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge about trading and familiarity with using the most popular crypto exchanges.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the cryptocurrency industry will be a plus.
• Able to work Friday-Sunday (around 20 hours per week).
