Position: Cold Email Writer/Manager

Job Type: 20 hours/week (part-time)

Shift: SAST

Salary: 2250 ZAR/week

We are looking for a talented and motivated Cold Email Writer/Manager to join our team. As a Cold Email Writer/Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and personalized cold email campaigns to engage potential clients and generate leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the effectiveness of the campaigns and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, creativity in crafting impactful emails, and a track record of success in cold email outreach.

• Develop and implement effective cold email campaigns to engage potential clients and generate leads.
• Create and personalize email templates that resonate with the target audience.
• Write compelling subject lines and email content to maximize open and response rates.
• Continuously test and optimize email campaigns for better performance and results.
• Segment and manage prospect lists for targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reports on effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cold email outreach.

• Proven work experience as a Cold Email Writer, Cold Email Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
• Experience in crafting engaging and persuasive email copy.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.
• Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of success in cold email outreach.
