Are you passionate about travel and content marketing? Do you know what makes a piece of content resonate with potential buyers? We’re seeking an experienced content writer and strategist to help craft our copy to appeal to our audiences and make the practicalities and travel simple to understand.

• 70% writing + 30% leading on projects: We want you to develop as a writer and a content strategist so we’ll be supporting you on leading on some content strategy projects to get your teeth stuck into
• High quality work: Maintain a high level of content writing and occasional editing
• Customer centricity: Ensure the customer is at the center of all content, creating ways to answer questions and lead them to conversion
• Conversion rate optimization: Carry out tests to enhance our conversion rate on key pages by enhancing the customer experience of the content
• SEO impact: Be a strategic partner of the SEO team to find ways to leverage this content to enhance SEO performance
• iVisa expert: Become an iVisa expert with a very thorough understanding of our content and products

• Degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a content producer, writer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly visa processes and regulations.
• Strong research skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Proficient in content management systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for travel and global cultures.
