We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (Email, Chat, and Phone Support) who is proficient in English. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, and phone support channels
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
• Document customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers and team members
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
