Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (including social media, email, and website) to drive brand awareness and sales growth

• Create and manage social media content (including copy, graphics, and videos) that aligns with the company’s brand and engages the target audience

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools and platforms (including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and others) to optimize performance and achieve KPIs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, design, and sales) to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business objectives

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others) by engaging with followers and influencers

• Develop and manage relationships with key influencers and partners to expand the reach and impact of marketing campaigns

• Manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and others) and best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and others)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
