Role
As the Employee Lifecycle Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting all employee lifecycle changes from onboarding to offboarding. We are looking for someone who has a high attention to detail and commitment to excellence to maintain our high standards in truly caring about our team members' journey throughout their entire career with Chorus One.
Responsibilities
We believe that great employee engagement begins with a seamless experience throughout all employment lifecycle activities. From interview scheduling and the onboarding process to managing salary and career changes, our Employee Lifecycle Specialist will play a key role in ensuring these processes are executed flawlessly.
1. Support our hiring teams finding amazing talent
- By organizing and scheduling interviews, following up on hiring team members and candidates, you will play a key role in ensuring all interviews are set up properly.
- You will take part in creating job descriptions, making them public on our diverse sourcing channels also ensure all roles are in our employee handbook
2. Employee lifecycle champion
- Support all new team members' onboarding process from creating employment contracts to finding the perfect buddy to ensure all our onboarding check-ins are scheduled and held.
- Maintain high data integrity in our HRIS system, and other HR tools
- Support the Salary Raise and Stock Option allocation processes
- Help our team members in relocations, contract changes, paternity, maternity leaves and all sorts of different administrative needs that can happen in a fast paced growth environment, where we work 100% remotely
3. Transparency Champion
- At Chorus One, we have fully transparent processes. Our Performance Feedback, Salary Raise and Stock Option allocation process, are all transparent. We don’t hide important data or facts away from our most important assets: our people. In this role, it will be critical that you will operate in all of the supported processes with the utmost transparency.
4. Supporting the People team
- From our 2x a year retreats to Performance Management cycles to Engagement activities, you will have the opportunity to take part in diverse HR processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR or People Operations in 200+ team member organization
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS, and ATS systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and accurately.
- Very strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
- Strong interest in blockchain ecosystem
- Remote working experience is a plus.
- Eligibility to work within the EU.
