We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mobile Game Producer to join our team at iLogos Game Studios. The Senior Mobile Game Producer will play a key role in managing the development of high-quality mobile games in collaboration with our clients and internal teams. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of mobile game production processes, from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
Project Management & Planning:
- Manage the entire game development lifecycle for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and within budget.
- Create, implement, and maintain comprehensive production plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, developers, and QA, to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and allocating resources accordingly.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and incorporating feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and alignment on project goals.
- Translate client requirements into actionable plans and guide internal teams to execute them.
Production Oversight:
- Oversee all phases of game production, including concept, design, development, testing, and release.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to technical specifications, artistic quality, and gameplay standards.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of the gaming market trends and adapt production strategies accordingly.
Budgeting & Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and adherence to financial constraints.
- Make strategic decisions about resource allocation and project prioritization to optimize productivity and output.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate production workflows, identifying areas for improvement to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Implement best practices for mobile game production, including agile methodologies, sprint planning, and regular retrospectives.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple high-quality mobile games, preferably in an outsourcing or multi-client environment.
- Experience working directly with external clients and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
- Deep understanding of mobile game production pipelines, including design, art, engineering, and QA processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project challenges.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android), game engines (Unity, Unreal), and development methodologies.
- Understanding of live-ops, monetization, and analytics in mobile games is a plus.
