In this role, you focus on new revenue from Agencies, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Built on the three key pillars of performance, transparency and control, Kayzen is a DSP which enables leading app developers, agencies, media buyers and D2C brands to run programmatic user acquisition, retargeting, and branding campaigns in self-serve or managed service mode.
With an unprecedented scale of >160bn daily ad requests from 2bn+ unique users worldwide, we serve more than 500M ads per day to 180 countries. Kayzen is accessible through our APIs or user interface.

You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, marketing, product and more. We are highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar mobile ad-tech industry.

The Role
As our Growth and Revenue Lead - Agencies, your primary focus will be to develop existing revenue channels and opening new opportunities with Agency customers that align to Kayzen’s strategy. Your previous experience as a senior business leader in the adtech or digital marketing industry with a strong network with Agency executives will be a great starting point to create an immediate impact from Day 1.
We have recently launched a new product that perfectly fits into brand budgets between upper funnel branding and down funnel performance campaigns. We are seeing strong initial traction with some pilot customers and your responsibility will be to double down on this opportunity.
The leaders in Kayzen’s team who you will closely interact with are our marketing lead (for new customer revenue generation) and our customer success lead (growing key customers).
Apart from your primary tasks, you are welcome to contribute to multiple areas in the organization such as product, data analytics and partnerships.
Since our key product and customer success team members are located globally, we are open to a remote setup of this position. For optimal overlap with customers’ time zones and internal teams your main working location should be anywhere between CET and US East time zone.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO and develop and execute GTM strategies for growing our business with agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders within the agency, programmatic and mobile advertising market
- Acquire new customers through your existing network and systematically growing your network in line with our GTM and target buyer profile
- Actively engage with customers, partners and other market participants to identify and propose new opportunities for revenue growth
- Understand customer needs and bring in new ideas to the co-founder and products teams how we can expand our product to add value for customers
- Continuously identify potential sales and marketing bottlenecks and implement relevant improvements
- Own the revenue and growth responsibility for brand-performance agency budgets
- Inspire and continue to build a high performing, result oriented team of customer success and sales executives
Requirements
- Previous business leadership experience in leading sales or customer success (ideally both) in digital advertising, either on the side of a vendor or on the agency side
- Previous experience in growing high-performing commercial teams (sales, account management, technical implementation)
- Detail-oriented and process driven with a structured problem-solving attitude and a KPI driven approach.
- Strong communication skills and people orientation - both internally and externally
- Strong work ethics, results orientation, persuasiveness and high level of initiative and assertiveness
- Good business acumen with an ability to identify and execute on growth opportunities
- Enjoys working in a start-up environment
