Your mission will be to lead, develop and implement a strategic marketing plan for one of Alegra's ICPs. The challenges you will face are the following:

• Generate constant analysis and monitoring of key business data and KPIs.
• Plan and execute a Paid Media strategy with a strong focus on SEM with the support of the Ads team.
• Create effective email marketing campaigns and automated flows together with the Lead Nurturing team.
• Conduct keyword research to identify the best opportunities for SEO optimization.
• Define a content strategy and generate blog articles for our target audience.
• Create reports and identify optimizations to implement together with delivery teams.
• Devise experiments with new communication channels and define the best attribution model.

• Talents with studies in Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Administration or highly specialized courses in sales, marketing or related to the position.
• Experience: 2 years  in Growth Marketing roles.
• Reside in Mexico.
• Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.
• Advanced technical and analytical knowledge in digital tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Creation and analysis of data relevant to business growth.
• Autonomy and independence when making data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of social media concepts and different acquisition channels such as Email Marketing, SEO, Ads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to create clear and persuasive messages directed to different audiences.
• Ability to generate Growth proposals, ideas and projects.
