Who Are We Searching For?
Fuelfinance is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex products, particularly in data-intensive environments.
You will be responsible for driving product strategy, optimizing product-market fit, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our offerings.
The Head of Product will play a crucial role in scaling our product to meet the needs of our growing client base and spearheading initiatives to enhance product performance and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy from inception to scale, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands
- Take ownership of decision-making processes related to product development, including the evaluation of hiring needs and outsourcing opportunities
- Identify and cultivate key user segments, particularly in the United States, to enhance product-market fit and drive user engagement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to make the product ten times better and more robust, leveraging customer feedback and industry best practices
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze product metrics, performance indicators, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product team, fostering creativity and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management (2 of them with the US market)
- Experience in early-stage startups
- Experience with SaaS B2B business model
- Demonstrated success in driving product strategies from inception to scale, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Experience in identifying and capitalizing on product-market fit opportunities, particularly in the United States market
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and driving business impact
- Fluent English
Will be a plus
- Entrepreneurial / startup founder experience
- Financial background (financial management, audit, financial modeling), experience in Building fintech products
