• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to create high-quality software.
• Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop next-generation software products and solutions.
• Be responsible for delivering and supporting applications in a production environment.
• Build front-end websites using client-side and server-side rendering technologies.
• Develop back-end microservices with well-defined APIs.
• Mentor other engineers, represent team needs, and participate in strategic decisions.

• Advanced English for conversation (international project);
• Professional experience working in software engineering teams.
• Solid experience in full stack web development with NodeJS/Typescript and React.
• History of successful project execution.
• Experience breaking down product requirements into manageable engineering tasks and working with a team to complete them.
• Ability to transform abstract business needs and problems into tasks together with product and engineering colleagues.
• Willingness to represent team needs and be involved in strategic decisions.
• Solid experience with API technologies.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS technologies.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with high traffic web applications.
• Understanding of systems design, data structures, and algorithms, as well as experience creating and evaluating technical design documents.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS/MS) in Computer Science/Engineering.
• Availability to work EST hours

It is a differential:

• Experience on full stack teams supporting a vertical slice of the product.
• Experience in developing back-end REST APIs with Golang.
• Familiarity with SRE best practices (e.g. SLOs, KPIs, postmortems, incident management, reducing repetitive work, etc.).
• Understanding of agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and willingness to adjust and define software development processes.
• Experience in leading technical roadmaps and initiatives, as well as coordinating guilds across teams.
