As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes (designing and raising profiles, attracting, screening, hunting , selecting, onboarding and relocating professionals). You will be the guardian of the candidate's positive experience with the Company and the Client. You will participate in employer branding initiatives and strategic management of our markets. You will provide onboarding for new employees. You will take care of the journey of hired professionals, providing a quality experience. You will feed the indicators to propose improvements and new business opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Tech Recruiter;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with IT team selection;
- Experience in the complete talent acquisition cycle (profile survey, hunting, attraction, screening, selection, onboarding...);
- Experience with talent acquisition platforms (process management, candidate management and potential bank);
- Academic training in progress.
What can be a differential:
- Experience with indicator/project management tools (Trello, Kanban, Jira and others);
- Previous experience using Greenhouse.
