• Notions of Product Design (UI, UX, and Research);
• Experience in applying UI to medium complexity interfaces
• Notions of building digital products
• Empathy to understand and propose solutions to business problems and suggest innovations.
• Notions of libraries and visual consistency
• Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Being able to express your ideas through wireframes, visual and verbal language
• Have skills with Figma, Invision, Abstract, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and related tools.

Differential:

• Completed higher education course in Design, Advertising and Propaganda or related areas.
• Notions of implementing journey mapping;
• Participation in agile teams;
• Knowledge of componentization in UX.
