Junior Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Alegra, you will encounter new challenges and opportunities to improve Alegra's web and mobile experiences. You will work hand in hand with product managers and developers to design friendly and memorable solutions that generate high value for our users.

You will use agile methodologies such as Scrum with a multicultural team of talented people passionate about what they do.

We are looking for curious people, unafraid to explore new technologies, good practices and trends with the ability to introduce them into a platform that millions of users already use.

• Work as a team with product managers and developers to research and define design solutions that are implemented in our web and mobile products in an environment of agile methodologies .
• Carry out reference research and benchmarking for consolidated products or in experimental stages, generating documents with analysis and findings of relevant patterns as input for the design stage.
• Create user flows , information architecture diagrams , personas and journey maps to have a global and conceptual vision of our product ecosystem and map end-to-end experiences for our users.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes where solutions are explored to improve the user experience in our products and carry out validations in discovery stages with end users.
• Plan and moderate user research and usability testing sessions to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in our digital products.
• Perform metric analysis with the findings of user research and business metrics to contribute to strategic decision making together with product managers.
• Contribute and document the use of interface components to include in our design system .

• Training in careers such as Interactive Media Design , Visual Design , Multimedia Design, Industrial Design or similar or equivalent experience related to the role.
• More than 2 years of experience as a product designer in digital products.
• A portfolio with examples of outstanding projects and case studies related to the design of digital products.
• Demonstrated strength in UX Design and user research .
• Advanced knowledge of prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
• Desirable knowledge of basic prototyping in HTML and CSS .
• Attention to details to ensure the correct implementation of designs from conception to production.
• Strategic thinking , ability to prioritize and make decisions based on data and user feedback.
• Passion for technology .
• Learning as a lifestyle.
• English level B1, B2 or C1 (Intermediate or advanced)
