Responsibilities
Research:
- Research the game development market through databases, common industry reports and industry event communities to identify potential leads
- Prepare lead databases based on the thematic clusters
- Structure and segment the lead bases according to the segments, geography, game genres etc
Data Entry:
- Ensure the timely additions of the lead databases with the lead sources to CRM
Nurturing and Outreach:
- Launch Lead Generation campaigns and activities along with Business Developers
- Track the campaign performance, KPIs, fine-tune the campaigns accordingly
- Implement creative approaches to lead generation upon brainstorms with the BD teams
- Initiate the communication with potential leads through LinkedIn, email, Discord and other channels
Support the BD activities:
- Support the sales process with Leaden activities, such as: cover the preparation to the industry events with leadgen, prepare the leaden campaigns for the webinars, white papers and other BD’s activities
Requirements
- Genuine interest and love to games and gaming industry (we want you to share your most played games with us!)
- 1 or more years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in a B2B, preferably outsourcing company
- Experience working with remote international teams in a fully digital environment
- Experience with CRM and data entry, some knowledge of SalesForce will be a plus
- Written English: Upper intermediate and above
- Experience with personalized campaigns
- Experience with automation tools such as Expandi, Snov.io, Instantly
- Experience with data enrichment platforms such as Clay.io
- Creativity and openness to human-like, original leadgen approaches
