About Us:
We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for building and supporting a cutting-edge private cloud infrastructure based on OpenStack and Kubernetes. Our infrastructure supports the stable operation of our trading platform, utilizing various Linux systems and services such as DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, and Vault.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Kubernetes and PaaS platforms.
- Oversee various services and associated infrastructure components, including DNS, Gitlab, Artifactory, Vault, etc.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks such as upgrades, CVE patching, backup and restore, security scans, and monitoring.
- Resolve incidents, provide support coverage, categorize issues, conduct post-mortems, and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure environments are stable and adhere to availability SLAs.
- Work towards reducing operational effort.
- Engage in constant upskilling to stay updated with industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Linux system administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer.
- Extensive experience in designing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux servers across various environments (bare metal, container, cloud).
- Familiarity with process control and logging.
- Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Salt, or Chef.
- Good understanding of Docker and ideally Kubernetes.
- Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools like Grafana, ELK, or Graylog.
- Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack.
- Proficient in scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Familiarity with configuring various servers and databases, including Apache Tomcat, Nginx, MySQL DB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Ideally, some exposure to DevOps tools like Gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
