Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager, Ads/Pubs to join our team and drive our marketing efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing various marketing activities including event management, campaign delivery, social promotion, and more.

A Day in the Life:

• Set-up and track Splash RSVP event pages, providing regular reports to sales teams.
• Create Navan guest booking travel links and ensure timely booking by attendees to minimize costs.
• Support post-event follow-up opportunity tracking.
• Submit Salesforce campaign requests for all events and handle list uploads for marketing activities.

• Ownership of organic social promotion both pre and post-event to enhance WKND engagement and reach.

• Assist in campaign delivery across various channels including events, digital, direct mail, email, content, and others to meet targets.
• Own organic social promotion for campaign launches.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen lead for overall Ads & Pubs US digital growth.

• Support regional activity planning, booking, and Salesforce tracking for ABX initiatives.

• Drive ABX Publisher strategy leveraging tools like 6sense signals and conducting thorough account research.
• Provide Outreach support by creating compelling copy and sequences.

You’ll Stand Out With:

• 2+ years Account Based Marketing experience preferably in a B2B environment
• Digital campaign deployment experience
• Possesses both creativity (eg. copywriting, problem solving) and analytical skills (reporting and identifying enhancements)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and other marketing tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000.00-100,000.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
