• Define, plan and conduct exploratory research and user experience testing, with support from leadership.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research (focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic analyses) on multiple aspects related to users' experience with the client's products.
• Present research findings and insights to project stakeholders through written reports and presentations.
• Analyze and document workflows and processes of medium complexity.
• Work closely with a cross-team of UX Researchers, Product Designers and Product Owners to identify the main points and objectives of Discovery.
• Collaborate with Research leadership in reviewing and improving the team's research and processes.
• Support the work of less experienced colleagues.
• Help develop the Research culture, championing user-centered design and helping the organization understand users' needs, challenges and problems.

• Previous experience as a UX Researcher, working with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including in-depth interviews, focus groups and usability testing.
• Dedication to supporting and learning to plan, prioritize, conduct and analyze research in diverse contexts.
• Strong ability to translate research results into relevant insights for Designers, Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a highly collaborative cross-functional team.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and connect easily with your partners in product, technology, business and design.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects at the same time.
• Advocate for a user-centered, evidence-based design approach to product development, while balancing business needs.
• Having previously worked in marketplaces or banks.
