Storyblok is seeking a dynamic Head of Growth Marketing to drive our company's growth and brand awareness. As a strategic leader, you will oversee a team responsible for digital marketing, global events, content marketing, and campaigns. Your focus will be on developing and executing innovative strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining our brand identity and reputation.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimise our strategically developed pricing model, ensuring that it accurately captures the value proposition of Storyblok's products.
- Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, discounting levels, revenue, and profitability, and evaluate the impact of pricing changes on these metrics.
- Identify trends and patterns in pricing data.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize our pricing model, including usage limits and feature inclusion on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive pricing landscapes and customer value perceptions to ensure a competitive and profit-focused pricing framework.
- In close collaboration with our data team,utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from pricing data.
- Develop pricing dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular pricing reports for executive leadership.
- Analyze customer segmentation to identify pricing opportunities that can drive ARR growth.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing experiments and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand business objectives and customer needs.
- Communicate pricing strategies effectively to executive leadership, including the SVP Ops, CRO, and CMO.
- Present complex pricing models in a clear and concise manner.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with our business objectives and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Certification in pricing or financial analysis (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS pricing, with a focus on data-driven analysis and optimization.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and tactics, including value-based pricing, cost-plus pricing, and competitive pricing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and data visualization techniques.
- Experience working with pricing software or platforms.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
