• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous value delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including development, UX/UI, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in pension products.
• Establish and track product performance metrics, adjusting strategy as needed to achieve business goals.
• Maintain constant communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency regarding product development and evolution.
• Be the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring that needs and expectations are met effectively.
• Manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term deliveries with the long-term vision.
• Lead agile ceremonies, such as planning, review and retrospectives, promoting the continuous improvement of processes and work practices.

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in companies in the financial or insurance sector.
• Skill in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, among others.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical skills and focus on results, with experience in data analysis and interpretation of product metrics.
