Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented, committed recruitment & HR professional to join our team. You will start next Monday and support us with the following tasks:
Responsibilities
- Screening long-listed candidates
- Completing candidate checks- Sending out interview invitations
- Providing candidates with feedback
- Completing all required paperwork
- Answering candidate inquiries
- Checking candidate availability
- Conducting internet speed tests
- Checking candidate emergency numbers
- Liaising with applicants about paperwork
- Reaching out to team members about their issues
Requirements
You will be working for 40 hours/week, and be paid weekly. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Fluent in English, written and oral
- Fully equipped home office & tech savvy
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Great attention to detail and reliability
- Committed to working from home permanently
- Available to start immediately
- A quick learner, flexible, adaptable
- Experience in recruitment & human resources
