We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Specialist (Salesforce Admin) to join our growing RevOps team. This unique role combines your deep understanding of Salesforce with your passion for optimizing sales operations.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce automations, process flows, and custom solutions to support sales operations.
- Lead Salesforce integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity with other business tools and systems.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Manage user permissions and security settings.
- Develop and refine sales playbooks, scorecards, and opportunity scoring mechanisms to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Salesforce adoption and maintenance align with team needs and company goals.
- Provide Salesforce training and support to sales teams, ensuring best practices are adopted and utilized.
Sales Operations
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales playbooks and scorecards.
- Design and implement opportunity scoring mechanisms to prioritize sales efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless data flow and alignment within Salesforce.
- Support leadership to help identify and implement process improvements to optimize the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant) is required.
- Experience with Revenue Operations concepts (e.g., Sales Forecasting, Opportunity Management)
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and ensure successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate complex data into actionable sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Compensation
- Working Times: US (EST or PST) Hours
- Compensation Breakdown
- Base: $100,000
- Flexible Work Schedule / Un-accrued Vacation Days
