• Rewriting the CRM's front end from JavaScript to React while maintaining the PHP back end using a vanilla framework.
• Define the architectural design and technology stack for the React-based front end, optimising for performance, scalability, and maintainability while preserving compatibility with the PHP back end.
• Utilize modern React libraries and tools to streamline development processes, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.
• Implement new features and client integrations, ensuring seamless functionality and performance across the platform.
  
• Design and implement APIs and endpoints required for front-end functionality
• Utilising MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for efficient data management and integration.
• Utilize strong knowledge of database administration (DBA) principles to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM's database infrastructure.
• Collaborate with affiliates to develop and execute marketing campaigns, providing guidance on campaign strategies, target audience segmentation, and promotional tactics.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience in PHP (Vanilla framework).
• Good knowledge of databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience working from scratch.
