About the Studio

We’re a global team. While this doesn’t mean working at all hours, there are occasional unconventional hours. If this isn’t for you we understand. However, due to the nature of our business we’re unable to provide a rigid 9-5 in your local timezone at this time.

We’re fully remote! We encourage you to work at the times that you are most productive within the constraints of project work or meetings. We limit meetings where we can to prioritize deep week and maximize productivity, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t have community. We’re always looking for ways to improve collaboration and provide more team bonding and learning opportunities.

As a global team with asynchronous schedules, effective communication is critical to our collective success. At a minimum we require prospective team members to have an active command of the English language, at a minimum the equivalent of a B2 level on the CEFR scale. The Role

We’re on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Graphic Designer to join our team.

In this role you’ll deliver exceptional design work in a high-volume environment designing solutions for some of the biggest Crypto, DeFi, and Web3 foundations and brands.

The ideal candidate is a visual design enthusiast, adept in their craft, meticulous about detail, and proficient in translating brand and product strategies into captivating visual narratives. You have a track record of pushing beyond the brief to create portfolio-worthy content (but not beyond the budget), and are driven to capitalize on opportunities to improve your craft. You should have a strong foundation in visual design and be eager to expand your skill set into new areas such as 3D design, AI design, motion, and other innovative technologies.

• Produce quality digital graphics across a variety of deliverables for tech companies that are shaping our tomorrow, engaging our client’s target audience with designs that drive results.
• Effectively interpret briefs and determine your work approach based on timeline and deliverable, masterfully balancing speed, form, and quantity to deliver error-free designs.
• Work independently, managing your own creative process and work queue, proactively engaging project team members regarding requirements, definitions, and deadlines.
• Articulate and present work internally to varying levels of design leadership, occasionally representing our work externally during client meetings.
• Adhere to our internal processes and organizational approach, and ensure proper handover of designs to development through any necessary file prep work.
• Contribute to the maintenance and organization of design assets and files, and document and implement new design standards, methods, or improvements when determined.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging design trends and technologies with a commitment to continually elevate your work. Ensure that Wonderstruck’s output is consistently innovative and engaging.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar with experience in digital and print design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your skills, design sensibilities, range of style, and experience with global brands (ideally in finance and/or tech, plus if experience in DeFi/Crypto).
• Proven track record of producing quality assets that utilize visual storytelling to effectively engage audiences and demonstrate your ability to convert ambiguous briefs into actionable projects.
• Experience maintaining high-quality creative and strong attention to detail across multiple projects operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with AI Design tools (Midjourney, Spline AI, Runway) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills and the ability to take constructive feedback and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Fluent in basic use of Notion, Google Suite and other project management tools.
