About the role:
Wehype works with the largest & most renowned gaming publishers in the world. Every day we support our clients in driving success for their games by enabling them to collaborate with content creators via the Wehype platform efficiently.
We are now looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with teams responsible for leading game titles worldwide. You will be managing and nurturing relationships with game publishers and assisting them in their decision-making processes related to market and creator strategies, with a focus on short-form content campaigns (TikTok, Shorts, Reels). You will be supported by an experienced team and have access to Wehype's industry-leading tools and platform to deliver the best service possible. To be successful, it is essential to have a strong passion for video games and the industry.
Location: Remote / Stockholm
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with gaming publishers globally
- Develop tailored and data-driven short-form content strategies for our clients
- Attend global gaming events and visit our clients at their offices. Members of the Partnership team travel between 2-3 times per quarter
- Contribute to the development of short-form content best practices via your experience and expertise on the subject
- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as campaign operations, customer success, marketing, and the product team to ensure customer needs are met and where learnings are shared effectively
- Actively contribute to bringing creative ideas and solutions to the team on how to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing
- An existing network from earlier successful collaborations
- An avid consumer of short-form content: Reels, Shorts and TikTok, in addition to Stories. You understand what creates excellent and engaging content and the trends within each platform.
- Experience in crafting strategies and facilitating short-form content campaigns to clients
- A team player with a strong ability to commit and follow through on projects and set objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized and with a strong ability to prioritize effectively
- An entrepreneurial spirit that is comfortable finding new and creative ways to address different projects
Plus if you have
- Worked with gaming publishers on short-form content campaigns and with an established network
- Ability to speak multiple languages (German and French are considered great additional languages to have)
- Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Pitch
