• Being a direct right hand of Head of Product and fully overseeing, leading and managing development of B2B iGaming Backoffice according to company strategy;
• Preparing and managing product Backlog for Unified BO and Platform Back-office;
• Collaborating with development teams, analysts, designers, and UX researchers. Representing the team in communication with cross-functional organizations and stakeholders;
• Collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Accounting teams for active Client support and launching of new brands;
• Establishing a product collaboration with other Business Units for development of joint or cross-dependent features and project;
• Occasional client facing for demo and onboarding sessions.

‍Essential professional experience:

• Proven work experience as product manager 5+ years;
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
• Excellent understanding of complex Client-Server applications and systems;
• Experience in B2B and Gambling domain and iGaming industry;
• Excellent knowledge of UI / UX principles and best practices;
• Experiences with designing and building Admin Panels;
• Proven leadership. Clear communicator and have strong relationship building skills.

Desirable skills and personal features:

• Experience in Project, Delivery, Service Delivery Management;
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
