About The Role
Invisible was recently named the 3rd fastest growing AI company in the US. We’re in hypergrowth, and we need a Senior Product Manager to help us scale our Marketplace to new heights.
You will lead a team of engineers and designers defining the future of our Agent Experience within our Marketplace: onboarding and training agents, matching them to work, and delivering a world-class in-platform working experience.
You will report to the Group Product Manager for Marketplace.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Develop deep empathy and an understanding of our current marketplace and the agent journey within it; talk with our agents and internal stakeholders
- Prioritize using quantitative and qualitative data, and align with stakeholders on the most important problems to solve and how to solve them
- Lead engineers and designers to spec out and execute on impactful solutions
- Measure outcomes using key metrics and gather user feedback post-launch
- Lead quarterly planning and team ceremonies (sprint planning, standup, etc.) for your area
- Communicate your vision, roadmap, and impact to leadership and the business
Requirements
What We Need
- 4-5 years of experience in tech product management within a marketplace setting and/or hyper growth environment
- Ability to balance long term vision with short term priorities and client needs
- Ability to communicate at a high-level with leadership while also able to zoom into details with the team and internal subject matter experts
- Empathy for our users: their goals, pain points, and how we can improve the product for them
- Serious ownership mentality

Compensation:
- Base: $175,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $220,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
