Senior Product Manager (Scoring Team)
Job Description
Checkout is Tabby's main sales point connecting our active users with over 40,000 merchants, generating dozens of thousands orders and millions of dollars in GMV daily.
As a Senior Scoring Product Manager, you will work with a dedicated engineering cross-functional team that builds and maintains Tabby's scoring of both customers and merchants. You will be the true owner of your roadmap, responsible for the full cycle of the product development process from quarterly OKR's setting and ideation to launch and ensuring your features deliver the right business outcome.
Responsibilities
- You will be driving Tabby's scoring experience for a wide range of Tabby products in all regions of Tabby's presence.
- Your key metrics will be to balance the conversion and unpaid debts ratio.
- You will be closely engaged with Scoring operational team to cover the strategic aspects including product vision definition, roadmap creation and business case creation, keeping business value delivery as the core focus.
Requirements
- Experience in setting up multi-factor authentication (MFA) (MUST):
- Ideally, you have multiple examples of successfully resolving fraud cases with over $1 million in impact (and don't shy away from sharing your biggest failures too!).
- Ability to propose relevant metrics, build a simple KYC model, and develop a scoring policy for BNPL (MUST).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Anti-Fraud initiatives (MUST).
- Confident in working independently within a cross-functional team and capable of representing your domain at the C-level.
- Capable of generating ideas and researching best practices in the market, applying them to enhance and implement effective solutions in your product.
- Hands-on mentality with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.
- Skilled in gathering requirements, defining functionality, and setting clear, actionable goals in a roadmap that can be effectively communicated to the team and drive product delivery.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.
