• Managing large or multiple smaller projects, including developing comprehensive project plans with tasks, timelines, and resource requirements;
• Defining project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with client or company goals, while managing budgets, scope, and timelines;
• Collaborating with company leadership to align team backlogs and roadmaps with business objectives, managing client and stakeholder relationships, expectations, and contributing to long-term client relationships;
• Facilitating meetings, conflict resolution, and negotiating resolutions while tracking project progress, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions;
• Leading and motivating global, cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting expectations, and providing guidance to achieve project goals in high-pressure environments;
• Planning and managing quality assurance processes, conducting risk assessments, and developing and implementing mitigation strategies;
• Continuously monitoring project risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address emerging risks promptly;
• Facilitating requirement gathering sessions and deploying strong SDLC principles in managed projects.

Essential professional experience:

• Proven experience in managing complex projects, including budget and resource management;
• Expertise in quality assurance, risk management, and SDLC principles;
• In-depth knowledge and experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday; job automation tools, KPI tracking, presentation, G-Suite);
• Experience in tech and software development;
• Knowledge of SDLC;
• Knowledge or familiarity with the e-gaming industry;
• Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, CAPM) are desirable;
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe, Spotify, etc.);
• Proficiency in English at C1-C2 level.

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills;
• Strong client and stakeholder management, including facilitating meetings and resolving conflicts;
• Effective leadership of cross-functional teams, including task assignment and progress tracking;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities;
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and continuous learning processes.
