Responsibilities
Main task pool:
- Schedule tasks and features, monitor day-to-day work and progress, prepare for potential hurdles.
- Assist the Art team in daily work, streamline workflows, and optimize the integration of art assets.
- Evaluate the game for framerate, render times, memory usage, and overall performance.
- Develop and implement optimization strategies for performance bottlenecks.
- Support the Art team in achieving visual goals by creating custom shaders and
materials, and setting up additional render features. - Document responsibilities to ensure quality, ease of follow-up, self-development, and smooth onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
- Major in Game Development (Level Design, 3D for Games, C++)
- At least 8 years in the mobile game industry with a focus on graphics engineering.
- Strong Communication & Documentation Skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good understanding of Game Art (Textures, 3D Models, Materials, VFX, Environment Art)
- Good understanding of Graphics APIs & Render Pipelines (Mobile Renderers, Shaders, Post-Processing)
- Experienced in Art & Graphics Optimization (CPU, GPU, Memory, Drawcalls)
- Experienced in Programming (C++, C#, HLSL)
Will be a plus:
- A degree in Digital Arts & Entertainment
