• Develop: Actively participate in the software development cycle, from conception to implementation, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable and efficient;
• Working with Multi-Threading: Develop and maintain multi-threaded applications, ensuring the efficiency and security of concurrent operations;
• Working with Event-Driven Systems: Design, develop and maintain event-driven systems using technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ;
• Test: Create and maintain automated tests, ensuring that the developed functionalities meet the requirements and are free of bugs before deployment.
• Perform Deployment: Implement the solutions developed in our production and staging environments, using CI/CD practices to ensure a continuous and reliable deployment process;
• Maintain Quality: Adopt a DevOps approach, where responsibility for software quality is shared by the entire team. Ensure that code is well tested and documented, even in the absence of an allocated QA;
• Collaborate: Work collaboratively with other team members, participating in code reviews, pair programming, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes;
• Support Code Review: Review code written by other developers, providing constructive feedback to ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed;
• Innovate: Identify and implement continuous improvements in architecture and development processes, keeping up to date with best practices and new technologies on the market.

• Proven experience in development with Java and Spring Framework;
• Deep knowledge of design and architecture patterns;
• Experience with multi-threaded development in Java;
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with cloud services, especially AWS and GCP;
• Experience with event-driven systems.
