About the vacancy:

The Senior Writer will be responsible for researching and creating texts for IVR, web/mobile, chatbots, WhatsApp, and curating content for chatbots. Optimized texts for multiple channels, documented conversational flows, content guidelines, and interaction scripts for chatbots.

• Person to focus on self-service consortia and insurance.
• Be the focal point in writing communication rules.
• Support in the construction of chatbot texts for WhatsApp.

• Write from simple flows to more complex ones, such as opening a claim.
• Curate the bot.
• Taking care of the bot's quality and key metrics
• Tool: take a blip.
