About The Role
The Vice President of Brand & Communications is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and elevating our company’s brand identity and communication strategies. This dynamic position requires a visionary strategic thinker who can uphold brand integrity across all channels while embracing creative experimentation to boost brand awareness and engagement. The VP of Brand & Communications will ensure that our brand’s visual and verbal identity resonates deeply with our target audience, driving strong brand affinity and loyalty. This role is crucial in aligning all branding and communication efforts with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Leadership: Develop and implement brand and communication strategies aligned with company goals. Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Targeted Communications: Manage PR, storytelling, and content creation to reinforce the brand's value proposition. Oversee social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Demand Generation: Lead demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive growth and lead generation through content marketing, social media, and PR.
- Content & Social Media: Oversee content creation and management, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Implement robust social media strategies for visibility and engagement.
- Public Relations: Develop PR strategies to build brand awareness and manage reputation. Oversee PR agency relationships.
- Creative Leadership> Manage the creative direction for the business, including visual identity, brand campaigns, and agency relationships, ensuring cohesive messaging across verticals and target markets.
- Team Management & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the brand and communications team, fostering creativity and innovation. Ensure cross-functional collaboration to support brand coherence and company objectives.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within B2B companies.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive projects independently.
- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent advanced degree.
- Proven experience managing high-pressure situations, competing priorities, and diverse tasks effectively.
- Background in top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), leading creative agencies or significant experience marketing in Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, or fast-paced scale-up environments.

Compensation:
- Base: $170,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $250,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
